SR-17018, also known informally as SR-17 or just SR, is an atypical opioid receptor modulator with unusual actions and effects.

Dermorphin is a hepta-peptide first isolated from the skin of South American frogs belonging to the genus Phyllomedusa. The peptide is a natural opioid that binds as an agonist with high potency and selectivity to mu opioid receptors. Dermorphin is about 30–40 times more potent than morphine, but theoretically may be less likely to produce drug tolerance and addiction due to its high potency.

D-Lysergic Acid Methyl Ester (D-LAME) is a chemical substance that belongs to the lysergic acid derivatives and is also a hallucinogen. D-Lysergic Acid Methyl Ester is used in preparation of Serotonin agonists. It is an impurity of Lysergic Acid (L488000). Lysergic Acid and Iso-lysergic Acid are the main cleavage products formed on alkaline hydrolysis of the alkaloids which are characteristic of ergot.
